“Christina provided a much broader framework for understanding time management. Typically, time management is usually explained as the scheduling of priorities with how to’s such as blocking out time in chunks, etc. While those are helpful tools, Christina helped me understand that the reason why tasks aren’t done isn’t due to the fact that I don’t have enough time. It stems deeper. It’s actually because of the emotions I have attached to the specific task at hand. Her unpacking of procrastination and why we procrastinate is worth the price of admission. The clarity she provided in her presentation and coaching sessions was extremely helpful. I will be revisiting her content again soon!”
